If this is your first visit, please bring all medication as well as medical records from your previous primary care provider. If you are a current patient, make sure to keep us posted of any changes to your insurance or billing information. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Our staff will try to accommodate your needs and make this experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
If you are ill and need to be seen that day, we will make an effort to schedule you to see your primary provider. If they are not available, we will be happy to offer you an appointment to see one of our other highly skilled providers. Depending on your flexibility, sick visits can usually be seen on the same day or within 24 hours, and well visits within a few weeks.
Once an appointment is made, please respect the time that has been reserved in our office for you. If you do not cancel or show up for your appointment, there will be a $50.00 fee and this is not covered by your insurance. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call PR Family Medicine and at least 24 hours in advance.
Please allow 2 business days for prescription refill request to be processed. If you have a prescription filled at the time of your appointment, please allow 2 hours.
